At TopBYD Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure the products are protected during transit.

  Ship to TopBYD

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
